Tanners Tiny Treasures

Look at my wonderful organized chaos!! Isn't chinese wholesale wonderful!! Today I am making baby headbands to help earn some extra money to help out david. I have had a blast I was so excited to get started on them I did not get to bed till three o clock this morning. We are going to sell each headband with a flower for five dollars . If anyone is interested in buying one let us know we could use all of the help we can get. We have an assortment of colors and we will be posting more picture soon. If there is a specific color you would like let us know.

On some of the flowers I added netting in between the flower petals it turned out very cute. It has felt so good today to create something to have a fun craft to keep my fingers busy.

Evia is our little hair model doesn't she look pretty

OUR LITTLE GIRL

Our Evia  to me she gets more and more beautiful every day. I am so greatful for the gospel so that I know that I will be able to be  with her and david  forever. I cannot imagine life without both of them. She makes me and David complete and brings us such joy and happiness. Since she was born she has made me appreciate david more and come to love him more. And when people say that everything changes when you have a baby  I can truly say it does but I can also say it changes you for the better. And even though we were not planning on starting a family for a little while I know that heavenly father sent her to us at this time for a reason whether to help us grow or be more patient or loving, I think it is all of the above.  She has truly brought us together I am so greatful for my wonderful hard working husband and beautiful daughter.

Here is a look she does very often it is almost as if she is modeling for the camera

Last night we invited my dad over for dinner . I made a pork roast that i put i the dutch oven and when it was done oh my goodness it was heavenly it was all nice and carmalized yummy. Then after dinner we started to  carve pumpkins, we had two real ones and two fake ones. while we careved Evia just was hanging out in her vibrator

.

I let dad use my rea lpumpkin because as soon as I start to gut the pumpkin the gag reflex kicks in. Every halloween i go through this and the smell of pumpkins has bothered me since childhood and I almost lost my dinner, david started to tease me by making vomiting noises in an attempt to make me lose my cookies. luckily I didn't have to clean out my pumpkin because it was foam!! I know it is cheating but I can't take the smell. Then my dad had to leave early so i got to do the fun part and carve out most of the pumpkin it was a grim reaper.

MMMM  Looks tasty

David did a traditonal jacko lantern  it turned out really cute with it's goulish grin. While we were doing the pumpkins Evia started to get fussy and i thought it was because  she was hungry but i looked down to see a funny but sad sight . Evia's small head was not big enough to support the elastic band on her head so it had slipped down over her eyes and she was flailing around trying to get it off, it was so funny looking I had to take a picture . Mean mommy

Before we went to Paul and Joanns house for third sunday dinner we brought Evia to my parents house to show off her costume. My Mumsey  is up in Canada spending some time with Brees family, and KT is at college, so it was only my dad who was home. He was so glad to see us especially Evia  she is grandpas little girl and he thought she looked so cute . This next picture I love of her and my papsey.

"To Eat or not to eat that is the question"

Today we went to grandma and granda tanners for the third sunday dinner. Only this time we got to dress up in our halloween costumes. Paul and joann have a big garden in their backyard so we had katherine take some pictures of us in the corn stalks. If you could not tell our costume theme was the Wizard of Oz. I was dorothy David was the scarecrow Evia was the cowardly lion and Titan was a giant version of  Toto. I thought it was the perfect theme for Evia's first halloween. I cannot beleive she is already two months old time flies by so fast. And just before these pictures were taken Evia had fallen asleep in her costume so she was much happier in the pictures then she was ten minutes before.

Doesn't david make a cute scarecrow. Me and my mom found this costume at the coolest halloween store in the world it is where the old Toys R Us used to be, so there is tons of room for goulish stuff for Halloween. Then my costume was actually an old pioneer dress modified of course. And Evia's costume I fell in love with when me and my mom went to old Navy and it was the last one in her size we were so lucky.

Our little cowardly lion isn't she cute. she hated getting the costume put on her but then once it started to get warm it was like wearing one of those snuggie blankets.

I made these cool cupcakes for the party . Earlier in the month me and my mumsey went to all a dollar and found these hands and skulls to decorate cupcakes with. Can you beleive how cool for only a dollar !! So I dyed the chocolate cake mix with black and the frosting with red I thought they turned out pretty cool. they were the hit with the kids until Joann made her famous spud nuts. Curse you spuds he he. Then the other white cupcakes I dyed to look like candy corns fun huh.

Evia loves tummy time and the other day we let her play with her toy lamb and she was mesmerized by it she loved the feel of it's fur and would smile and coo at it. But when I left the room to work on dinner I heard her crying and I looked around the door frame and she had knocked the lamb onto her it looked like the lamb was  attacking her it was really funny.

This is one of my favorite times of day when it is early in the morning when Evia has just been having fun kicking and moving around then all of a sudden withour warning she falls asleep.Maybe she has Narcilepsy he he. I love snuggling with her and just spending time with my little girl.

Welcome to Our blog

Well we have been harassed enough, I guess we will finally have a blog of our own. We are excited to have our wonderful blog to be able to keep our friends and family members updated across the country and into Canada. We have been sick with the flu for the past week and today we were finally feeling better. I got off of work at 2 today and we wanted to get out and enjoy Utah's beautiful fall weather. So we took our little family out and went on a little hike up Wheeler Canyon. We took our little Evia (2 Months Old) and our puppy Titan (6Months Old) It was so fun and the weather was a perfect fall day. A little breeze, A little chill and a wonderful little creek running up along the path of the trail. The leaves were a beautiful golden yellow and the fall scents were amazing.
I love Living here in Utah being able to be so close to the mountains and having 4 amazing seasons. It is a wonderful blessing to be so close. I Love the fall can you tell.
We decided to take titan up with us and he sat on the middle bench next to Evia and he was such a good dog he is so loyal and gentle, But he still has his puppy moments I am so glad to be so lucky to have a wonderful family, my amazing and beautiful Wife, my happy beautiful daughter whom i brag about all day long and A Great dog. It is like i am in a country song and I have a perfect family. Well anyways we drove up ogden canyon and pulled into the parking area for the trail head and i kinda laughed because my car matched the leaves Bright yellow. We decided to break out the stroller and put Evi in it and titan Loved being out in the wild. He loved all of the new scents. Well we were off and up the trail. and in the first 5 minutes i realised how bad of an idea it was to bring the stroller. To many rocks that would bring the stroller to a dead Halt and after acacia had a hard time pushing it up the hill i took over and she took the dog. We had such a wonderful Time it was nice being able to spend time with my Family. I Love My Wonderful Family.
Today was Also my 1 Month mark at Biolife it has been a great change for me. I will miss all of the heat cable but i have better benefits and it is steady. It is more than steady it is crazy busy, and it is only going to get more busy. I cant believe how many people want to donate plasma. Sure you can make $200 a month for only 8 hours of your time throughout the whole month. But that plasma helps so many people. I feel like i am helping so many people out, Both the Donors and the recipients. It is Pretty Cool. I work in the front checking and processing donors before the go to the donation floor. If People want to donate they have to have a physical and we are booked out for our physicals all the way to November 18th. It Blows me away Every day at how many donors we get.
Well It is late and i have tons of things to say but way to little time.
