Goblin valley

cool gas station built into a mountain

  our happy little camper

I have never  been to goblin valley and i was amazed at how coola nd beuatiful it was it was bigger than what i expected as well so unique and beautiful amazing that utah has so many different things you can see nowhere else

as soon as the tanner clan got into the valley everyone was up on rocks like billy goats i was amazed we were allowed to do that i didnt know we could do that sadly emerson was screaming from the sandy wind and was strapped to my chest or i would have been climbing to.

 thats one sad monkey rock!

wearing dadys glasses upside down

by this time i was sad my kids were screaming and sad everyone else was good but we were all tired from camping so we headed home.

this camping trip was such a breath of fresh air. so nice to spend time together in a beautiful place the weather was wonderful in the sixties high seventies. and the most beautiful stars i have ever seen were at our campsite being in salt lake surrounded by lights i forgot how overwhelming the heavens are with other planets and galaxies and stars. it was humbling sitting there with david realizing how small our problems are and as we headed home i felt like i had a fresh start and a clear head . after this trip i know next summer we will be doing more trips like this
